Invest in Your Leadership

There are numerous courses for women’s leadership development, and several that teach the basics of nonprofit technology, but only one is made just for you. Leading With Impact is a course for women*, designed and taught by women, who seek to unlock their leadership potential and navigate the challenges of nonprofit technology.

In this five week course, you will:

  • Discover your leadership style, strengths, and growth areas

  • Become familiar with leadership models and how they apply to a nonprofit setting

  • Identify and develop strategies to overcome specific challenges that women face in this field

  • Learn ways to invest in your own growth and that of your team

The next session of Leading With Impact starts in Fall 2024 and costs $2,000. Please contact me for more details if you’re interested!

It features live online learning, self-paced enrichment assignments, peer discussions, an individual consultation with an instructor, and guest speakers who will offer real-world insights and practical advice.

The course will equip you to lead with confidence, gain the support and recognition you’ve earned, and stay true to your values. Empower yourself to not only excel personally but also foster high-achieving teams, making a lasting impact on the nonprofit sector and your community.

*Though we often refer to women in the course title and description, we use an expansive definition that includes people who might use other terms to describe themselves, such as those who are gender-fluid or gender nonbinary.
